CTSM has worked like magic for me. When you are laying in bed and cannot fall asleep, count down (silently in your head) from 100 down to 0. It sounds too easy to work but when your mind is tired, even if your mind feels awake, you probably won’t get past 80 or 70 without your focus drifting. You might not even realize what number you left off on because one thought just melted into another. If you realize that you lost focus, start over at 100.
