Hurricanes Irma, Jose, and Maria, Might Be Military Attacks Writer #1, 2017-09-18 The world is crazier than you may realize. Man-made Climate Change has nothing to do with coal mining and your car’s exhaust pipe. It has to do with militaries using the weather as a weapon against other countries. Yes, I’m serious. I was first made aware of this nutty idea that governments are controlling the weather by Kent Hovind, when he talked about HAARP, and how it is used to manipulate weather. I dug deeper and found that he was absolutely right. I was confirming it on government (.gov) websites, not just some nutty tinfoil hat wearing online forum, but from the military’s documents. Not only that, but I learned that it was not anything new. It has been going on since the 70’s, or maybe earlier. There is an entire section of the US Code pertaining to weather modification activities or attempts which you can find at https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/chapter-9A. There is a military document titled “FUTURE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL SECURITY ISSUES AND POTENTIAL MILITARY REQUIREMENTS OVER THE PERIOD OF 2010 TO 2025” (www.dtic.mil/get-tr-doc/pdf?AD=ADA593164) that states the following: Weather modification or climate change techniques are developed and used, including their use as weapons. (Newly suggested item, N07) U.S. military representatives said that very good statistical data is needed in order to determine whether the last weather anomaly (e.g. hurricane) was natural or whether it was an attack. Like a WMD, a biochemical dumped into the drinking supply system of a large metropolitan area, the responsible party is very difficult to determine, unless the group announces responsibility. However, if responsibility can be demonstrated, an immediate asynchronous response by the military is warranted and should be targeted against the rogue party. The climate change or weather modification would have to be extreme to have measurable impact on military operations. DoD forces are already equipped to deal with weather extremes outside the society living in the area of operations. These hurricanes are the biggest we have seen in recorded history and they are happening back to back. We just might be feeling the wrath of another country attempting to wear us down, perhaps to make us more vulnerable, weaker, or financially exhausted and more susceptible to a more traditional attack in the near future.
