Transitioning to the opposite sex

Two simple steps to transition to the opposite sex:

1. Remove the head and place it on the body which is already the desired target sex. This converts the person to the chosen sex but only from the neck down. That is, however, more than any surgeon can currently offer with the currently accepted practices.
2. Since the brain is still of the original sex, that must be remedied by a brain transplant. Once the brain transplant is complete, the person will be very close to completely transitioned.
