Microsoft is the not so evil big tech company, right? They sell products rather than customer data, right? No, and no.

OneDrive (Office 365)

If you run uBlock Origin in your browser and go to any of the sites in the Office 365 Suite, you’ll see it blocking tracker after tracker. Leave the window open for a couple days and they really pile up.

Here’s a screenshot of mine after being open on the OneDrive page for two days. This was the reason that I stopped using Outlook.com for my email.

Zero items to block.

Sure, it’s $5/month, but at least I’m not sold off to advertisers.

I’d rather buy the product than be the product.
