Let’s just try this on for size.
Bernie Sanders is concerned about voting rights of convicted felons, terrorists, etc. What if you replace his stance of voting rights with another right enumerated and secured by the US Constitution?
Let’s see:
Boy, that’s tough to imagine him saying those things. And yet, if he’s consistent, he should say the same about bearing arms.
Interestingly, I believe he is more likely to cherry-pick things that fit his agenda, using their constitutionality as leverage, while working to undermine other constitutional rights such as the right to bear arms.
