Caffeine – My Symptoms

To document my reasons for going caffeine free I will list my symptoms:

  1. Tired
  2. Lack of ambition
  3. Difficulty concentrating
  4. Poor memory
  5. Light headed when going from squatting to standing
  6. Blush easily even when something is barely embarrassing
  7. Sleep is not restful – waking up tired
  8. Difficulty returning to sleep if awoken during night
  9. Slow healing skin
  10. Not easily excited

Only a few days into my caffeine free diet, I can already I can sleep deeper and longer and return to sleep if awoken during the night.  I don’t feel like I’m blushing from small things.  I don’t feel light headed.  My skin has little nicks that seem to have finally healed, although this began when I upped my vitamin intake a week ago, my skin does now look clearer.
